I have seen Amanda around and well as seen some of her post about the magnawave. But let's be real, Meg is the one that introduced us. I tell ya, technology has come such a long way over the years. Can you even imagine a cowboy out of an old western movie now. If he seen the voodoo that we do today, it would be a hoot. But in all seriousness, speaking as retired athlete (LOL), every little bit helps. The more you take care of the little things, the better your performance can be.
