I never knew
Listen, I knew that being around horses and horse events that I would make some friends, but I never expected it to be this big.I never knew showing up at that first Ranch Rodeo to take photos who it would bring into my life.
These guys right here, and not just them, the whole dang family. I look forward to seeing them at every event. To sit with them and shoot the bull. Hang at the trailer between shows, go out to eat, have a fireball or two to warm up from freezing in the pouring rain. I look forward to watching their children grow in the sport just like they are my own, and now I get to celebrate with them as they grow!
That is something that you all need to know about Rodeo. It is not just a sport. It's a family affair. Whether you are blood or just accepted for all that you are. I will always and forever advocate for this Family and this sport.
