Admiration
That is what I have for Athletes. ALL Athletes. You see, I consider myself one. Not a top of the line one, but athletic nonetheless. I grew up playing sports. Basketball, track, and softball. However softball was my jam. That is until I got old and depressed. Blog for a different day. Anyways, I just love the process. I love the training. I love putting it all together and seeing the end results. Just like with myself, I love seeing it in the equine world as well. The training. The fueling. What they are looking like in competition. It just amazes me what these guys can do. The jockeys as well. I mean do you know what it takes to sit on these beast at full speed in a turn. Yea, it's not easy.
I have enjoyed so much of being apart of this world. It has taken riding horses to a whole new level. Yea, I personally feel like you should be in some kind of shape to trail ride all day, the horses will appreciate it. They too need to be on the top of their game. But, to be in a rodeo or high stake Equine activity, it's a whole nother ball game. I love it.
I want you all to just take a moment and look at the power of these animals. It just amazes me.
